We are facing time of day issue on 3CX. It is not working 100% as expected.
Scenario:
In extension we mentioned office hours scheduling and selected "This extension uses specific office hours" let say 7am to 5pm EST and configured "Break Time" between 5pm to 8pm EST so Out Office automatically will be between 8pm to 7am EST, and selected "Automatically change extension profile based on time of day" ...right?
So when out of office time comes the status of extension must be changed to Out of Office from Away/Available.. and it happens BUT after some hours not instantly but yesterday when office hours time came the status of ext gets automatically updated perfectly from "out of office" to "Available" instantly.
Any idea why it is not working 100%?
Below is the correct way of implementing TOD

1) Set the Office Hours to 7am to 8pm ('Available' status)
2) Set the Break Hours to 5pm to 7:59pm ('Away' status)
After applying these changes and It will work 100%
